Cast iron pan - lid, 27 cm. Polished cast iron pan. The thick walls of the pan will allow you to maintain a stable temperature during cooking. The pan is ready for use. (Only natural cottonseed oil was used for its preparation.) This pan can be used as a lid for the 3.6 L "Texas Club" cauldron. The pan is suitable for the following barbecue models: Minimo, Media, Grande, Limited. Note: handmade, therefore, there may be surface irregularities, this is normal and will not affect the cooking.
